Nineteen is made up of a team of creative workshop leaders but we also bring in third party artisans to teach. All our workshops are aimed at beginners or those wanting to revisit a skill unless the workshop states it is an advanced workshop, in this case you will need to have some experience but will not be required to be an expert. Our workshops aim to create an environment that is friendly and gives each attendee the confidence to explore their creativity and relax with mindfulness. All materials are provided unless stated in the workshop description, sometimes you may be asked to come with some inspiration to make the craft personal to you. All information is provided in the description and in photos of previous workshops but any questions are welcome. The workshops are usually three hours and contain a half hour break for refreshments, where Nineteen will serve tea& coffees. Water is provided throughout. Any food related requirements that need to be cater for, Nineteen must be made aware of prior to the workshop but will happily accommodate.
Nineteen runs it’s workshops in different venues, please read the workshop description for site specific facilities or contact Victoria Prior to making your booking so we can best advice you. We are sorry that not all of our workshops will be held in venues suitable for disabled access.
We are very sorry not to be able to issue refunds on our workshops/events, it is just not possible as a small business to run events and workshops without knowing numbers in advanced. If notice can be given of ample time, A voucher can be issued to be redeemed against a future workshop or event. If notice is less than 7 working days a kit from the workshop/event will be assembled and posted to the attendee as recompense
In the unfortunate case the workshop or event cannot run we will notify all attendees and full refunds would be given in this case. Some of the workshops run by third party tutors need to fill to a specific number of attendees in order to run and if minimum numbers aren’t booked a cancellation of the workshop would need to take place.
Nineteen has the right to change the price and details of a workshop at anytime where no bookings have yet been made or a new date is being listed. Workshop themes may be seasonally updated. Tutors may change from year to year.
Nineteen only runs workshop we feel reflect our brand and we are confident are creative and interesting. If you have feedback on any of our workshops or events we welcome your advice.
